Shipping policy
When are orders shipped?
Each of Visions Fulfilled products are handmade with a lot of love and care. The majority of our products are made to order. Processing time is 7-14 business days (excluding holidays). We take our time to ensure your item(s) are done correctly.
We fulfill orders Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays). All orders are hand delivered to either the Post Office and or UPS. When we have an abundance of orders, we will schedule a pickup for USPS or UPS. We offer a few shipping options per your preference. Choose whichever option works best for you during checkout.
How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive a shipping confirmation to the email provided during checkout. The email will include a tracking number.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship all orders via USPS. UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. Please keep this in mind at checkout when making your shipping choice.
** Visions Fulfilled is not responsible for lost, stolen or re-routed shipments. PLEASE make sure your address is correct on your paypal account and on our website. Once your order ships, Visions Fulfilled is not responsible for package delays or lost packages. Any orders that are returned to us due to incorrect shipping address or an unclaimed package will incur additional shipping charges to resend.

All orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.
BULK ORDERS may take more time and will be discussed in advance.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions for days and times for pickup.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, a email notification will be sent to the email provided with a tracking number to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available due to the nature of postal carrier.
If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email and or delivered notification, please contact USPS and or UPS.
